Hatha Yoga at The Arabic Bazaar

Great news! Starting this January, I will be teaching a weekly, one hour hatha yoga class. We will focus on alignment principles, breath work basics, yogic philosophy and meditation techniques. Everyone is welcome; these classes will be especially good for beginners. Mark your calendar and join me Thursday nights at The Arabic Bazaar in Hyde Park!
